Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONTINUING ED CLASSES:
All cancellation requests must be received in writing in order to receive a refund. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of $10.00*. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations received less than two calendar weeks prior to the scheduled training event.

The Iron County Home Builders Assoc. reserves the right to cancel any training event having insufficient registrations. If that occurs, all prepaid fees will be refunded in full. The Iron County Home Builders Assoc. cannot be responsible for any losses resulting from the cancellation of a training event.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SPRING HOME & GARDEN FAIR - EXHIBIT SPACE (April 27-28, 2012):
Exhibitor agrees to comply fully with the Rules and Regulations for the 2012 Spring Home and Garden Fair which are incorporated on the fair packet (available to download or at the ICHBA office). With your on-line payment and registration, you understand this becomes a binding contract with ICHBA and $150.00 of your registration fee is non-refundable.
